Is Real Penis Enlargement True Or Fiction? What do scientists and researchers say about it? Indeed, these questions are of interest to a considerable number of the stronger sexes who do not triple the size of their male organ.
Today we are going to find out the conclusion of experts who have analyzed studies evaluating the effectiveness and safety of various methods of penis enlargement.
Marco Ordena and Paolo Gonero from the University of Turin argue that more and more men want to enlarge their penis because they are dissatisfied with the size. Hence the great interest in various methods that can affect the size of the male genital organ.
Italian researchers analyzed 10 reliable studies evaluating the effectiveness and safety of different penis enlargement methods. Half of these are operating methods that have been tested on 121 people.
Minimally invasive techniques that do not require a scalpel were tested on 109 people. One of them is a stretching of the penis. This is aided by an extender that exerts a force on the phallus that varies between 600 and 1500 grams.
Extenders work on the same principle as devices that have been used to stretch limbs, especially legs, for many years. In plastic surgery, the patient's skin surface is enlarged during the stretching for the subsequent transplant.

The Order and Gonero claim that you can enlarge your penis this way too. One of the studies they cited showed that extenders actually lengthen them by an average of 1. 8 cm. Another study showed that thanks to this method, the penis is lengthened by 2. 3 cm.
This method is problematic, however. In the first study mentioned, the extender had to be used 6 hours a day for 4 months.
In the second case, the device had to be worn for 4 hours a day and for 6 months.
Just as problematic to use, but not very effective, was a vacuum pump for penis enlargement that works through a low pressure area. Orders and Gonero warn that the size of the genital organ may not be significantly affected, even after six months of use.
However, both researchers acknowledge that some of the men who used the pump had psychological benefits from being satisfied with the pump.
However, penile rings at the base of the penis can help hold more blood in the corpus cavernosum. "These rings can enlarge the penis and prolong erections, especially in men suffering from mental anxiety, " say the Italian experts. However, they admit that they only analyzed two documented cases to test this method.
The Orders and Gonero also tested the effectiveness of fairly popular exercises designed to improve blood flow and thus enlarge the penis.

In 1970 they were acquired by Dr. Brian Richards from Great Britain proposed. In one of the sexology magazines, he claimed to have tested this powerful method on 32 people. In 28 of them, the penis elongated by an average of 3. 5 cm, while the volume increased by about 3 cm.
Italian researchers do not confirm this, however. Their analysis did not find that exercises to improve the blood supply to the penis allowed for significant elongation or even increase in girth.
However, you can find a considerable number of techniques on the World Wide Web, including jelqing, that are really beneficial. To achieve the desired result, the stronger sex will have to work for months. The process can be accelerated by using special gels and creams based on natural ingredients, the action of which is aimed at stimulating the growth of penile tissue.
Real penis enlargement is possible surgically, usually 2-3 cm. In an operation called a ligamentotomy, a specialist cuts the ligaments in the penis that attach the phallus to the pelvic bone. For this reason, it extends outward from the perineum, but it must be additionally stretched within six months using a special device in the form of an extender.
Unfortunately, sexual performance can suffer after such an operation, as the longer the length, the greater the risk of problems filling the cavern body.

The penis can also be completely reconstructed. However, this procedure, called phalloplasty, is only offered to people with an anatomical defect, a micropenis (less than 7 cm long).
In this technique, the skin is removed from the forearm, turned into a penis shape and implanted in the penis with an artificial urethra and inflatable erectile prostheses.
A penis constructed in this way remains sensitive to stimuli because its surface is covered with micropenis tissue. Medicine also offers methods in which fat or muscle fragments are transplanted.
